Immortalising Memories with Sculpture

Recording history or a moment in time that stirs our perception of the world or simply brings a smile to our face, sculpture is an art form that will delight and memorialise greatness for generations to come.

Sculpture Portfolio

Internationally recognised for creating bronze sculptures that evoke a sense of inner life and movement, Ken’s sculptural repertoire established over 4 decades is extensive.

The Master Sculptor

Ken Martin’s formidable skill and experience as a sculptor makes him one of Australia’s most sought-after commissioning artists. Through hard work and raw talent, Ken has risen from a bloke carving in his back shed to make ends meet to the artist charged with immortalising some of our sporting greats in bronze.

Makybe Diva

Makybe Diva, Ken’s first public sculpture, is arguably one of the most famous racehorses in Australian racing history. A life-size portrait of the three-times Melbourne Cup winner now stands proudly on the foreshore at Port Lincoln.

Barrie Robran

The third sculpture Ken created for the Adelaide Oval, portrays the remarkable Australian Rules Footballer Barrie Robran embracing flight and aerial display in sculpture.

The Tuna Poler

The Tuna Poler features a scene reminiscent of the tuna polers of the mid to late 20th century and serves as a memorial for those who lost their lives at sea.
